These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the websites operated by 48 Ventures, Inc ("48 Ventures," "we," "us," or "our"), including this site and the Kipa.ai product pages, and your participation in our SMS text messaging programs. These terms apply to SMS programs operated by 48 Ventures, Inc, including the Kipa.ai lead notification program.
- Program description. Kipa.ai lead notifications send SMS alerts about new customer leads and related account activity to business users who opt in during onboarding.
- Consent. By opting in, you expressly consent to receive automated text messages from us at the mobile number you provide. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
- Message frequency. Message frequency varies based on your account activity and lead volume.
- Fees. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan.
- Opt out. Reply STOP to any message to cancel at any time. You will receive a single opt-out confirmation and no further messages.
- Help. Reply HELP to any message for assistance, or contact zach@foureightventures.com.
- Carriers. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Privacy. Mobile opt-in data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy and is never shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
4. Services and products
Descriptions of our companies, products, and advisory services on these websites are informational and do not constitute an offer. Any engagement with 48 Ventures, Inc is governed by a separately executed agreement.
